TIG welding: High Precision in Thin Materials
TIG welding, known for its affinity with thin materials, represents the heart of precision in the production of V+. With a craftsmanship that is especially evident in the processing of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and light alloys, this process offers meticulous control over temperature and material input. V+ TIG electric arc welding is the emblem of high quality joints, indispensable for applications that require uncompromising precision.
In the context of TIG welding, V+ has 6 complete stations, equipped with workbenches (4000×2000) and TIG welders. Each workstation is connected to the company network, allowing real-time management of orders, processing times and consultation of the items on the table. The quality of the welds is guaranteed by cutting-edge equipment, including an orbital FRONIUS welder for welding open-head tubes with diameters varying from 20 to 170.
V+ also has 3 clamping benches for automatic TIG welding of 1.5 m, 2 m and 4 m. This allows for greater speed, precision, flexibility in welding and above all non-deformation of the sheet metal.
MIG/MAG Welding

MIG/MAG welding is a versatile, high-productivity process ideal for welding various types of metals, including steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Both processes involve the protection of the electric arc with a gas, the choice between MIG welding and MAG welding depends mainly on the materials to be welded and the application specifications.
For MIG MAG welding, V+ offers advanced solutions with stations equipped with MIG/MAG welders and dedicated workbenches. The use of PCs connected to the company network allows integrated management of operations, guaranteeing efficiency and versatility in production.
Plasma Welding: Efficiency and Precision
V+ plasma welding raises standards of high precision and deep penetration.
In particular, the SITEC automatic elevating clamping bench allows the welding of ferrules with variable diameters and the management of complex orders. This process is essential for joining sheets and materials and finds ideal application in specialized contexts.
Suitable for stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and light alloy materials, V+ plasma welding is synonymous with reliable performance and quality and speed results.
Laser welding
V+ has been equipped with a brand new laser welding system with a 1500 watt American IPG generator capable of increasing the speed and quality of welding processes by heating the piece to be welded to a minimum compared to traditional welding processes.
This new process is particularly suitable for carrying out precision and aesthetically pleasing welds. It is suitable for use with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanized steel and brass.
Brazing
The brazing process, used when the base material is not melted but only heated, fits organically into the manufacturing phases. This integrated approach allows welding to be coordinated with other operations, ensuring complete and optimized solutions.
